The PremiumSoft Partner Program is developed to identify mutually beneficial business opportunities through partnerships with resellers and technological organizations. PremiumSoft enables partners to distribute/resell, or integrate Navicat award-winning products into an existing solution and earn commission for the sales generated.

The PremiumSoft Partner Program
PremiumSoft partners with many of the world's leading hardware, software and distribution companies. With products localized into 8 languages and a distribution network of resellers in more than 20 countries, Navicat's global reach is continually expanding.

PremiumSoft provides several distinct levels of cooperation through different partnership programs:

• Reseller program
  PremiumSoft Reseller Partners generate revenues by selling Navicat as part of their own product catalog offerings or as embedded technology within their own software applications. In some cases, PremiumSoft also offers Partner Bundles that include Navicat products together with applications from our resellers.
  
  If you have your own company, website and want to sell and support Navicat, you should join our Reseller program. Otherwise, you might like to better consider our affiliate program.
  
  Duties of Reseller:
  
  • Provide sales support to their customers
  • Present Navicat products on their web site (with at least one link to www.navicat.com)
  • Sell Navicat products and collect payment for offline orders

• OEM Partners
  The OEM program is geared towards third party vendors who wish to embed and further leverage Navicat into their applications, hardware or service offerings.

  • Reseller discounts start at 20% Discount off the published list price of Navicat on www.navicat.com.
  • Discount does not apply to any special price promotions. Bulk purchases may be obtained, discounts up to 50% off depending on the size of single order.
  • Company listing on the PremiumSoft Partners page.
  • Free technical support for you or your clients

• Affiliate program
  PremiumSoft affiliate program is for website owners that want to promote our award-winning software, Navicat, to their visitors via banners and text links and earn a minimum of 20% commission.
  
  The registration process just takes few minutes and your site will be reviewed to make sure you have a valid website from which to promote Navicat. After that, you will be sent instructions on how to access the administration area, and then you'll be able to start selling Navicat and earn commission.
